SPRING BREEEAAAK! YAAAY!
Big **heart** **heart** to that.
Still in Iowa City, will be heading back towards hometown tomorrow.
Since the last entry on Thursday, I have:
Taken a test
Turned in some papers
Fallen off a porch
Partied a little too hard
Had a wonderful time
Freaked out a bit
Had some more wonderful times
Gotten a new tattoo!
Things worth talking about on that list really only include the porch, the partying, and the tattoo.
I went to a show Saturday night, had a great time, went to an aftershow party with some friends. Went to lean against the railing of the porch, and fell straight off. Turns out the railing was broken -- actually, it wasn't even attached to anything. I have quite a few bumps and bruises, and I'm pretty sure I managed to hit my head because there's a very sore spot right above my ear. It was a little funny, I just went to lean and next thing I knew I was on the ground and everyone was laughing. "Oh, don't worry, that was already broken."
"Well, I wasn't really worried about breaking YOUR PORCH." Jesus.
I had a great time at the party otherwise.
On the freaking out a bit: I came to some realizations that turned out to just be decisions. Whoops. This happens much more than I should admit. Luckily, my freaking out didn't extend very far.
On the tattoo: Yayay, another! My second. **heart** **heart** It's several shades of adorable. It's a baby snow leopard on my right hip. I got it today, and it hurt not as much as my dragon-egg-hummingbird on my back. Except for the part on my hip bone. That hurt a fucking lot. Sadly, this really isn't in a place that I'll get to show off alot. I can deal with showing the world my asscrack, but I don't think I can deal with showing the world my cooter. The end.
That's the important stuff.
